Thabet Al-Nabulsi

His vision was simple: to inspire young people with leadership values and encourage them to uphold them in their daily life. Dr. Thabet Al-Nabulsi founded Challenger Team in 1995, driven by his belief that true leadership is lifting one’s vision to higher standards. His mission focused on investing in individual personalities and capacities to support them to access and ignite their highest potential. His extensive experience in dealing with human resources of different levels and ages empowered his role in building his own employees’ capacities, thereby inspiring corporates and individuals to develop their roles in their communities as active, responsible leaders. Dr. Al Nabulsi believes in the power of teamwork “to make the dream work”. He holds a PhD in Behavioural Modification and MA degree in Creativity and Talent Development.

Maen Odeh

Maen Odeh believes that no one is born a leader; leadership is fostered through determination, hard work, and most importantly excellent guidance. Odeh, affectionately called “Captain Maen” by all who work with him, is the partner and chairman of Challenger Team. His mission is to uphold and transfer leadership values to encourage and promote the rise of leaders in local communities. Inspired by the motto “Ideas become things”, he mainly focuses on strategy and programs development and planning to realize his vision of spreading modern leadership values and to foster the development of future Arab leaders. With a capacity to integrate, motivate, and mobilize others, Captain Maen employs his management and motivational skills, coupled with his ability to lead by example, in order to successfully network and enable winning projects. He holds a Bsc. in Marketing from Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ-USA. He had previously represented the national basketball team of Jordan for 10 years and played college basketball in the USA.
