The Acronym LEAD stands for Life Education Advancement and Development. LEAD is a specialized unit that deals with youth aged between 7 and 18 years. All LEAD programs could be customized according to the group size, budget, duration, desired activity, and objective.
Our daily programs include trips to different destinations across Jordan, covering the country from north to south. They offer full-day edutainment activities that suit the targeted age group. Participants work collaboratively in groups on life skills, problem solving, and critical thinking.
The daily programs are ideal for students in schools and other groups that do not prefer overnight camps. They operate seven days a week.
Our overnight camps include fun and edutainment activities that suit the targeted age groups across Jordan. All our camps are up to the highest standards of health and cleanliness with appropriate facilities including toilets and showers. Male and female campers are housed in different sites.
Overnight camps usually take place over the weekends (Thursdays-Saturdays), but we also offer overnight camps during the week to meet demand.
Challenger Team offers IB schools specially designed programs to meet the IB-CAS requirements. The programs contain blended activities that include the three main components of the CAS (Creativity-Action-Service).
IBDP students are exposed to life skills and leadership activities. The expeditions take place across Jordan. CAS coordinators have three options: 3, 5, or 8-day programs. They are tailored to meet the school’s requirements and mission statement. By the end of the expedition, all students receive certificates for their participation including the number of hours awarded. Outstanding students are recognized with a special certificate celebrating their strengths.
Our International trips are focused on educational and culture learning, with a global experience that changes lives forever. We help students become citizens of the world by breaking down barriers of language, culture, and geography, through cultural exchanges, educational travel, language training, and degree programs.
Our adventures are one-of-a-kind learning experiences because every detail matters: location, accommodation, food, tour managers, and exceptional service.
We offer international trips and exchange programs with the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Spain, Turkey, and USA.
Our annual camps for 6-17 year-olds take place in the summer, spring, and winter holidays. The camps are an excellent opportunity for participants to become productive leaders in their families, communities, and the society at large. They equip them with skills and experiences that help them identify and achieve their goals in life.
Annual camps also include “boot camps,” military camps during the summer season designed by our experienced former Special Forces staff members. These camps focus on helping students to develop and build their physical and mental abilities, in a healthy youth development environment. More importantly, they instil a better understanding of “responsibility” towards family, community, and country. They also offer participants the opportunity to participate in physically and intellectually challenging activities, introducing them to new and rewarding experiences, and providing them with supportive and caring relationships.
